| Programming/Software/Computer Nerd stuff - Experience building/modding PCs and related hardware - Most adept in C/C++, Perl - Can use most any other language (Java, x86 ASM, etc) - Comfortable in UNIX (see Solaris 10 x86 server link below) - Experience with GCC and MS Compilers - Known APIs include: OpenGL, SDL, WinAPI, winsock, berkley sockets, various libs here and there - Owner/author/designer/maintainer of calamar-e.com, ViB and others (see links) - I code when I'm on breaks from school, in my sleep, whatever Engineering - Proficient enough in electronics. Better in fluids and structures. - Experience (2 courses at my previous school as well as teenage years spent in the garage) in machining, welding and other general manufacturing stuff. - Proficient in SolidWorks - Conceptual 3D modeling (read: non-exact, for ideas/imagery only) in Rhino3D - Technical interests include fluids/CFD and anything thermo/propulsion-related |
